All this week we have been busy getting our editing done. Early in the week we decided against filming our opening sequence because we were already up to 1min 40secs and we hadn't finished slowing down the pictures or the clips and realised that it would take us well over 2 minutes. Today we recorded a number of screams to go at the end of our title sequence, because the original one just didn't sound life-threatening, and we now have a realistic scream. Also, we changed the way our titles transitioned, it was called 'Dither Dissolve' which worked really well. We also changed the way our pictures transition in the next making it look more like a flash of a camera. I feel that we still have a lot to do and am slightly worried that it may not be finished in time, as we still haven't got our vocals recorded which is needed so we can see what clips we want to slow down in time to the music.
Overall your blog is very good Charlotte, particularly your journalling. Much like Charlotte B though, you tend to post only text and images and each of these seperately. I think you can improve the presentation of your work and make it more imaginative/visually appealing - try combining pictures and text to enhance what you're saying, and using sites like glogster, prezzi, bubbl.us etc to add variety to your posts.
